Border Crossing Scents Inc. reserves the right to refuse any and all returns. All returns must be pre-approved with a written return authorization by a representative of Border Crossing Scents Inc.

We ship using USPS & UPS. Refrigerated products ordered on Wednesdays after 3:00 p.m. are shipped the following Monday unless "UPS Next Day Air" or "UPS 2 Day Air" is selected.

Any orders received after 3:00 p.m. may be shipped the following business day.

UPS® Ground = $9.50

UPS® 2nd Day Air = $20.00

UPS® Overnight = $40.00
